These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Website and your purchases of commercial vehicle parts, lubricant or accessories ("Parts") from DTSA and dealer network, a public company with its principal place of business at 1 Park Avenue, Highway Business Park, Centurion, 0157, South Africa, registered in terms of South African law under company registration number 2018/300147/06 ("OEM") and the DTSA dealer Network ("seller/retailer").

- Only registered users may order Parts on the Website. To register you must.

Ordering Process
- You may place orders for Parts through the Website.
- By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected Parts subject to these Terms.
- The Seller reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its sole discretion.

Website Browsing, Stock Availability, and Sales
- While the Seller endeavors to ensure that the stock availability information on the Website is accurate, stock levels may change and the Seller does not guarantee the availability of any specific Part.
- Browsing the Website does not constitute an offer for sale. The offer for sale is made when you place an order through the Website.

Payments
- Payment for the ordered Parts must be made through the secure payment gateway provided on the Website. Debit and credit cards are accepted forms of payment.
- All prices in this website are in the South African Rands currency (ZAR), Therefore all transactions can only be processed in South African Rands (ZAR). No other currencies will be allowed.

Collection of Spare Parts Orders
- Parts orders can be collected from authorized agents of the Seller.
- A One-Time Password (OTP) will be generated upon confirmation of your order. This OTP must be presented at the workshop when collecting the ordered Parts.

Returns and Refunds
- You may be entitled to a refund or replacement as provided for under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (Act No. 68 of 2008) ("CPA").

You can return an unwanted Part at no charge, provided:
- You return the Part to the authorized agent where the order was processed and collected.
- The Part is undamaged and unused, with the original labels and stickers still attached.
- They are no missing elements to the Part.
- The Part has defects.
- You return within 30 days of collection by you.

The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a
return:
- faults resulting from normal wear and tear.
- damage arising from negligence and abuse.
- damage arising from incorrect use of the Spare Parts.
- damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the Spare Parts.
- damage arising from unauthorized alterations to the Spare Parts.

Important Information: Please note all reimbursement of funds will be returned to the original Debit Card or Credit Card that was use for the purchase.
