1. Goods correctly supplied are not returnable except at our discretion and are subject to a 10% handling charge. (no electrical parts are returnable). In all cases the invoice number must be quoted.
2. Terms are strictly 30 days net for parts and service. Interest will be charged on overdue accounts.
3. Vehicle sales are strictly cash, payable on delivery.
4. No claims will be entertained after a period of 10 days from the date of this invoice.
5. Right of ownership is reserved until goods are paid for in full.
